Where it all began for Performance Foods, Long John Silvers is still our core concept, with over 30 stand alone locations and a few co-branded with another of our franchises A&W All American Foods. Focusing on high quality seafood, chicken, and sides served quick, hot, and fresh Long John Silvers takes pride in the homey atmosphere created in it’s dining rooms by their compassionate and caring staff.

In 2015 Joe and Jami Feeney were looking for a way to bring great authentic barbecue to the Mansfield area. After countless test visits they came up with a Canton based brand that shared their family values and vision for the future. Old Carolina Barbecue Co. a brand of iChor Restaurant Group specializes in Low and Slow smoked meats. Sharing the same view on hospitality that PFC was founded on OCB was a natural fit for our home market. Expanding to bulk catering and wedding services Old Carolina has openings in traditional roles as well as catering roles.
